Reading & Yiddish Folk Concert With A Wandering Shepherd

In a special performance, author and journalist Sam Apple will read passages from Schlepping Through the Alps, a hilarious account of his adventures with Hans Breuer, a wandering shepherd and accomplished Yiddish folksinger. Between passages, Breuer and special guest DJ So-Called (Josh Dolgin) will treat audience to Yiddish folk songs and hip-hop beats. Internationally acclaimed clarinetist David Krakauer will also perform.
